    I used to really appreciate the quick response time of Sears, but the last visit, regarding our water heater, was pointless. They advertise to service water heaters, but the tech only told us we needed a new one and then could not help us go any further. Attempts to call Sears to order a new one were fruitless... either not returning my call or getting stuck in the phone tree.
