Floods every summer—what they will not tell you is that this place floods every summer because the drains back up when there is a lot of rain. The staff does not care about this and will not offer an apology. When I mentioned the fact that many of us were losing a lot of our possessions, they simply said that unless we had insurance, there was no recourse. Of course, they offer renter's insurance, and are quick to point that out, but when asked, they will admit that it does not cover flood damage. So keep in mind two things: First, even though this is climate-controlled storage, your belongings are still at risk. Second, the insurance they sell is worthless, as it does not cover backed-up drains. The high rent they charge is simply not worth the risk.

Even at the best of times, the staff's attitude varies from indifferent to rude. Your money and your possessions deserve better. Go elsewhere.
