    Mixed experience. I went a few times and had the best experience with Jef. He was amazing. Very sociable and gave a great haircut. I would give the business 5 stars based on him. Bill on the other hand gives a good haircut, but could use a lot of help with his customer service. Bill cared more about what he wanted, than what I wanted from a haircut. Not a great experience with Bill and would rate him 2 stars. Good haircut, but don't expect anything other than that. Someone should tell Bill he is in the service industry.
